Continuity Payments for our services are due upfront. If a payment is overdue, your services may be suspended or terminated. It is the client's responsibility to ensure timely payment to maintain the continuity of services.

Fraud

Feryc Hosting takes fraud very seriously. Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, unauthorized use of credit cards, chargebacks, identity theft, and false claims, will result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action. We reserve the right to report such activities to the relevant authorities to ensure the safety and integrity of our services and the wider community.

Feryc Hosting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss or revenue loss due to service interruptions.
